Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for jewelry items that meet the following criteria:

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required.
  2. Condition: The jewelry must be returned in excellent condition, meaning it is:
    • Unworn and free from signs of wear or damage.
    • Accompanied by all original packaging, including boxes, certificates, and any accompanying documentation (e.g., authenticity or appraisal certificates).
  3. Custom Orders: Custom or personalized jewelry items (e.g., engraved or resized pieces) are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • Online Returns: For online purchases, contact our customer service team at graciavs@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Ship the item back to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exceptions:

  • Any signs of wear, damage, or missing components may result in a reduced refund or denial of the return.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days are not accepted.
